THE SONAR INSTITUTE is delighted to announce the appointment of Dorian Fortin as Strategic Advisor to the Executive Board, following his application and the subsequent Executive Board meeting held in August in Lille, France. Fortin, an active and dedicated member of the NGO, officially accepted the position on September 3rd, 2020.
Fortin’s role as Strategic Advisor is set for a four-month period, ending on January 1st, 2021. During this time, he will be primarily focused on restructuring the organisation and developing new strategies for expansion and growth, particularly in the area of talent acquisition. His responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Executive Board in preparing and implementing structural changes.
- Analyzing the development potential within the organization’s current structure.
- Managing communication between different organizational branches.
- Contributing to strategic projects through research and innovative ideas.
Fortin will work closely with the entire Executive Board, with Secretary General Lukas Emich serving as his main point of contact and supervisor throughout his tenure. He will be provided with the necessary resources and support to fulfill his role effectively.
The Executive Board is confident that Fortin’s expertise and strategic insight will significantly contribute to the advancement of THE SONAR INSTITUTE’s goals and the creation of a more open-minded approach within the organisation.
